Our services include the preparation of closing documents to completed closing packages; we prepare purchase and sale agreements at no charge to the borrower when they originate a loan through one of our clients and Barsh and Cohen, P.C. conducts the closing and issues the title insurance policy.

Our Attorneys can help you close your loans quickly and inexpensively, often within 24 hours of the clear to close.

We are approved closing attorneys for most of the nationally recognized investors/lenders. We are fully electronically based and are able to support the download of lender data and documents in order to help facilitate a smooth and efficient closing. Communication with most of our national clients is e-based and we will travel to close loans. All documents are scanned, and data vaulted for ease of transmission.
